First: Agent Registration Method
To prevent unethical individuals from abusing the agent discount system provided by 789BET , we will strictly review the personal information submitted by each agent during registration (including name, IP, address, email address, phone number, payment method, etc.). If any attempt at unfair profit-making, collusion with other agents, or members is detected during auditing, 789BET will terminate the cooperating agent's account, deduct the principal amount in the account, and reclaim all commissions and discounts from the agent. Members sharing the same IP / name / withdrawal account can only be subordinate to one cooperative agent, and the agent cannot become a subordinate member of other agents.
Second: Terms of Rights and Responsibilities
1. Rights and Obligations of 789BET Towards Affiliate Partners:
789BET customer service department will register the offline members of the cooperative agents and monitor their betting activity. Agents and members must agree to and abide by the membership regulations, policies, and operational procedures of 789BET. Cooperative agents can log into the management interface at any time to monitor the betting activity and overall performance of their offline members. 789BET reserves the right to refuse or freeze the accounts of cooperative agents or members. 789BET also reserves the right to modify any terms in the contract (including the current commission scope, commission plan, payment procedures, and referral plan regulations). Any changes will be communicated to cooperative agents via email, website announcements, or other methods. If the agent does not agree with the modifications, they may choose to terminate the contract or contact customer service for clarification. If the agent does not object, it will be considered an acceptance of the modified contract, and they must adhere to the updated regulations.
2. Rights and Obligations of Affiliate Partners Towards 789BET:
Cooperative agents should strive to extensively promote, sell, and advertise 789BET to maximize profits for both the agents and 789BET. Agents may publicly advertise and promote 789BET positively without violating laws. They are obligated to inform their members about 789BET terms and related promotional products. If an agent chooses to promote 789BET offerings, any advertising costs incurred will be the agent's responsibility. All related 789BET materials (including logos, reports, game screens, artwork, and content) must not be copied, disclosed, or distributed privately. 789BET reserves the right to take legal action for unauthorized use. For technical support in promotional activities, agents can contact 789BET customer service staff.
Third: Miscellaneous Rules
Agents at all levels are not allowed to open dual/multiple agent accounts without 789BET permission. They also cannot create dual/multiple gaming accounts to earn commissions. Agents are prohibited from placing bets using their agent accounts. 789BET reserves the right to terminate and seal accounts and withhold all commissions earned in such cases.
To protect the privacy and rights of all members, 789BET will not provide member passwords or personal information. Agents are also prohibited from collecting member data or logging into subordinate member accounts. Violating a member's privacy will result in the cancellation of agent rewards and account termination.
Members of cooperative agents are restricted to having only one account. 789BET reserves the right to request valid identification documents to verify member identity and confirm that no duplicate accounts exist under the same IP address. Violations may lead to account termination and forfeiture of all earned commissions.
If a member violates 789BET rules or is prohibited from using 789BET games, no corresponding commissions will be allocated to the agents. If member deposits involve suspicious credit card or bank information, related commissions will be withheld until verification is complete.
The contract terms become effective once 789BET officially approves the agent's participation. Both parties may terminate the agreement at any time. If an agent wishes to terminate the agreement, they must notify 789BET in writing/email at least seven days in advance. Agent performance will be reviewed every three months, and if an agent ceases to meet membership requirements, the contract may be terminated.
In cases of contract termination, agents are prohibited from disclosing or authorizing confidential information related to 789BET. Agents are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of documents and data even after contract termination. Termination does not exempt the agent from fulfilling obligations incurred before the contract's end.

* Net Profit = Total Wins and Losses – Total Cashback – Total Promotions – Platform Fees.
* Platform Fee: Total Wins and Losses × 10% (if the agent does not generate a negative profit during the month, this fee will not be applied).
* Commission = Net Profit × Commission Rate.
* The minimum number of valid members required for an agent to be eligible for commission is 3 members per month.
* A valid member is defined as one who, within the month, deposits ≥ 1,000 points and places valid bets ≥ 3,000 points (based on IP analysis, activity level, and approved deposit review).
If an agent fails to meet both conditions during the month, no commission will be granted for that month.
Note: Agents using Google SEO / Google Ads with internal company keywords will receive a fixed commission rate of 25%. However, starting from February 1, 2024, the commission will be permanently adjusted to 15%. (Internal keywords include phrases like "789BET new link," "789BET link," "789BET login"... Additionally, if any keywords are detected that are related to websites currently or previously affiliated with 789BET, the fixed 15% rate will also apply.)
This mode does not apply to Lottery games.
II. NEW MEMBER DEVELOPMENT BONUS
All agents who refer at least one valid new member within the month will receive a New Member Development Bonus.Each valid new member earns a bonus of 200,000 VND, with no limit on the total bonus amount.

III. COMMISSION AND BONUS DISTRIBUTION METHOD

* Commissions and new member bonuses will be paid before the 10th of each month.
* Agent commissions and bonuses will be credited directly to the agent's wallet balance. After the system finalizes commission settlements, agents can create a withdrawal request to transfer funds to their registered bank account.
Note: Starting from April 2025, 789BET will temporarily stop processing commission payouts via USDT e-wallet. A new system will be introduced shortly.
* 789BET reserves the right to terminate the program if any agent is found violating the rules or engaging in fraudulent activities that compromise fairness for other legitimate agents.
* If an agent has a positive profit, it will be carried forward and deducted from future months' profits until the positive balance is cleared.
* This program does not apply to the lottery product. Members involved in abuse, fraud, multiple accounts, fake performance metrics, or falsifying data will not be counted as valid.
* 789BET reserves the right to unilaterally terminate cooperation if an agent is found exploiting the commission system for unfair gain.
* In the event of any discrepancy or misinterpretation regarding this program, 789BET reserves the right to make final decisions in all cases.
Agent Requirements:
* Must have at least 5 days of login history.
